Over the past 30 years, Rick Windon has consulted with companies across all major verticals in the identification and implementation of truly game changing business growth and technology initiatives. Tim Webb is a Financial Engineer and serial entrepreneur with vast experience in finance, Investment banking, business development and international business. As a Strategic thinker he has developed successful business partnerships and effectively managed major business ventures across industries and sectors in United States, Europe, Hongkong and Africa. Mr.Tim brings in extensive network of business, financial and political connections worldwide. Mr. Webb has led ventures in the Renewable Energy, Technology, Blockchain, Financial Services and Management consulting sectors globally.
Mr.Tim specializes in M&A deal structuring, Roll Ups and raising capital. Tim is known for creating creative business and finance solutions that fill gaps and holes that many leave open when pursuing success for their ventures. He is an ex-banker, Mortgage Originator, and a management consultant of Price Waterhouse coopers. He Conducted due diligence on Acquisition opportunities and reviewed business plans for investment and financing.
Mr. Webb is a graduate of the University of Chicago with his Master’s degree in Public Policy and BS in Public Service with Honors in Political Science from Penn State University
